Presciption request

There are three different ways to request a prescription:

1. Online; go to the patients portal

2. Send an email to info@hapwaalfront.nl

We wil send the prescribtion to the pharmacist. Without further notice, you can pick up your medicine after two wording days at you pharmacy.

3. Call us, 024 – 200 3000, and ask our assistent.

It can be busy on the phone, the fasted way to get a refill presciption is via the patients portal

If we have some further questions about your application, we will contact you. For safety reasons it is not always possible to request for medication without previously consulting your physician. Some medication can be harmfull if used for a longer period of time, or for the wrong reason. You can ask your physician for more information.
